Assistant Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day program operations to ensure compliance with STRTP regulations and Community Care Licensing standards
  • Assist with staff supervision, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
  • Model trauma-informed care and consistent behavioral expectations
  • Managing high stress situations: Responding to incidents, crises, and staffing issues as needed
  • Ensure accurate documentation, incident reports, and quality assurance processes
  • Participate in treatment team coordination with clinicians, placing agencies, families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in the weekday and weekend on call rotation
  • Assist with staff onboarding, training, and mentoring
  • Support audits, inspections, and corrective action plans for deficiencies
  • Promote youth safety, rights, and well-being at all times

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field (or equivalent experience, if applicable)
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience working in residential treatment, STRTP, foster care, or behavioral health setting
  • Prior management, supervisory, or lead staff experience preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of:
    • Trauma-informed care
    • Behavior management and crisis intervention
    • STRTP regulations and licensing requirements
  • Ability to step into management and make sound decisions under pressure

Pay

$26-$28 per hour
