Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program operations to ensure compliance with Title 22 and STRTP regulations and Community Care Licensing standards
• Assist with scheduling
• Participate in the weekday and weekend on call rotation
• Model trauma-informed care and consistent behavioral expectations
• Managing high stress situations: Responding to incidents, crises, and staffing issues as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation, incident reports, and quality assurance processes
• Participate in treatment team coordination with clinicians, placing agencies, families, and other stakeholders
• Assist with staff mentoring
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective action plans for deficiencies
• Promote youth safety, rights, and well-being at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of experience working in residential treatment, GH, STRTP, foster care, or behavioral health setting
• Prior management, supervisory, or lead staff experience preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of:
  • Trauma-informed care
  • Behavior management and crisis intervention
  • Title 22, STRTP regulations and licensing requirements
• Ability to step into a lead role and make sound decisions under pressure

Pay

$24-26 per hour
